Deputy Branch Manager-Bilingual Chinese
Responsible for the operations of the bank, including the operation of all departments. Ensure that all departments are in compliance with bank policies and procedures.
Train and monitor performance of branch employees to improve the operation and efficiency of the branch. Responsible for customer satisfaction, maximization of deposits, and solicitation of new loans.
Train branch supervisors in the development of relationship with business customers. Coordinate branch projects and daily works with Headquarters departments in Accounting, Loan, IT, Internal Audit, BSA and Compliance.
Co-ordinate with other departments in New York Branch toward improving operational efficiencies and work flow.
Provide necessary guidance and training to staff in Operations Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 8 years of Commercial Banking in operations work experience
Working knowledge of auditing and regulations within financial services
Strong research, writing skill and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage staff to meet the objective of the bank.
Skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and Word.
Bilingual skills in Chinese and EnglishEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
