Provide support to users and troubleshoots/resolves problems
Play a vital role in handling questions and concerns. Be responsible for improving customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer. Work extensively with the customer to resolve problems and technical issues in an effort to retain our customer service and relationship with our clients
Provides application support, workflow integration, training, troubleshooting
Provides end-user support to promote effective process design, development, and implementation with the organizations use of EMR including other related system implementations and upgrades
Provides troubleshooting and coordinates resolution of technical problems and information technology issues related to the EMR
Provide a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organizations desktop computing environment. This include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance and training where required
Deliver training to providers, clinic staff and end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs efficiently and effectively in support of business objectives. This individual is responsible for designing, delivering, and improving in-house software applications training programs and related courseware
Coordinate the planning, maintenance, and accessibility of Web site content in a way that ensures the consistency of the Web sites look and feel
Diagnose and solve technical problems
