A dedicated women's advocate is the perfect candidate to manage our abortion practice.
We are a private GYN office-based surgery practice.
The ideal person for this position must have a passion for women's health with the ability to lead the office staff and ensure the patients receive compassionate and professional care.
She will also be charged with overseeing the completion of daily tasks along with other administrative responsibilities.
This position requires organizational and analytical skills along with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Educate and support the abortion patients Make certain that the front office workflow is efficient and effective Control the handling of a high volume of telephone calls Manage verification of insurances Complete the weekly staff schedule Ensure high quality care for patients by reviewing and answering concerns/complaints Run reports required to manage day to day activities of the practice Assist with training of new staff members Enforce practice policies and aid in any needed disciplinary action in coordination with the practice manager Spanish speaking is a must.
Saturday is a MUCH workday with a day off during the week.
Salary ranges from $48,000-$55,000 depending on experience.
